Working in collaboration with Director Asif Mian to bring to life this cutting edge take on an old classic.
Designed, engineered and crafted to skillfully play 88 grand piano keys using Gillette razors with flexball technology. Reacting 1:1 by an offset mechanical keyboard. The movement of the Gillette razors pivoting, pulled the razor’s handle in order to strike the key.
All of this was played live by Son Lux at Hammerstein Ballroom in NYC.
